We’re Hiring: Director of Operations (Part-Time)
AudioActive is looking for a new Director of Operations to join our senior leadership team. This is a key role at the heart of our organisation, perfect for someone who thrives on bringing clarity, structure and strong systems to a fast-paced, values-led environment.
About the role
Part-time: 22.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,400 – £27,600 (£44,000 – £46,000 FTE)
Location: Hybrid, with time across our sites in Brighton, Worthing and Crawley
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone strategic, organised and collaborative, with experience in operational leadership and a strong alignment with our values and mission. You’ll bring a big-picture view, while being hands-on in managing systems, processes and the day-to-day operational running of the charity.
