Bridges is our long-running partnership programme with Brighton and Hove Youth Offending Service (YOS). The project nurtures talented young people (18-25) and trains them to become the next generation of inspirational music leaders. After completing our comprehensive accredited Music Leader course, trainees go onto paid employment within the project where they work alongside an experienced Music Leader running sessions for younger teenagers in the YOS studio. Many trainees have gone on to become regular practitioners in our wider projects. Bridges has been made possible with funding from The National Foundation for Youth Music.
